✅Now the key to using Anadrol safely is by using the dose that is most suitable for your own goals. By that I mean, using a low dose (50-100 milligrams) if you’re using it for longer periods of (8 plus weeks).
✅And using a higher dose (100 -300 milligrams) if you’re using it for shorter duration such as 2-8 weeks.
✅ This way you spread the total load over a period of time and make it easier for your body to get used to it.
✅Whatever your chosen duration might be; always start with the lowest dose possible because Anadrol can be unsuitable to some of us and cause headaches, and if Anadrol is the only oral you are using in a session you’ll be able to pinpoint its results, the quality of the brand etc etc.
✅Side note: I have personally used upto 600 milligrams in a single session and experienced massive increase in strength and pump.
✅Bottom line: Its a great anabolic/mass building agent that can be used in bulking and cutting periods (because of it’s appetite reduction effect).
