How to use fat burner safely! 🥳

First of all we have to believe that fat burners can be consumed safely without a shadow of a doubt. Secondly, a lot depends on the nature of the fat burner we are consuming. 

Some fat burners are stimulating in nature whilst others are not. The stimulating ones; i.e. the one’s that contain compounds like caffeine, yohimbine, green tea, synepherine, ephederine etc;  should be avoided at all cost during evening/late evenings/night times. 

Non-stimulating ones, which are not as effective as the stimulating one’s; but still are fit for consumption during the latter part of the day.

So the bottom line is, always purchase the fat burner most suitable for you individually (read the labels carefully) If you feel you will find it easier to consume a fat burner and stick to a morning/afternoon schedule then choose one that is stimulating in nature and in case you feel you will be more comfortable with a fat burner that can be consumed at evening/night time then pick choose one that is non-stimulating in nature.
