So you have been training hard for a while now but don’t seem to be gaining any muscle or loosing inches/fat either?
Well it could be that; you are making the mistake of performing your cardio(endurance) and workout(resistance) sessions in close proximity to each other (one after the other).
Well don’t feel bad because me and countless other professionals have made the same mistake at some point or the other and I personally want you to save time and money and achieve your dream physique as quickly as possible.
When we perform resistance exercises/lift weights it activates the mTOR pathway and when we perform endurance/cardio based exercises; it activates the AMPK pathway.
When we perform them one after the other, the benefits of both of them are compromised; as only one pathway can be fully activated at a time; and we don’t see any clear progress for months on ends.

So whats the solution? Separate your workout and cardio sessions by atleast 8 hours so that you maximise the benefit from each individual session; i.e. you build the maximum amount of muscle from your weightlifting sessions and burn the maximum amount of fat from your cardio sessions.
