Post Cycle Therapy/Washout Guide
After injectable/oral anabolics/androgens have cleared out; (Long esters take around 4 weeks to completely leave our body; short esters take around 2 weeks).
Use the following compounds for 4 weeks:
Every other day:
HCG: Inject 2000 units (Intramuscularly and in the evening preferably)
Aromatase Inhibitor: Can be 1/2 tablet Anastrozole or 1 tablet Exemestane after breakfast.
Daily:
SERM: Tamoxifen/Nolvadex 40mg after breakfast.
(Optional)
Boron: 9mg after breakfast;
Also add saffron to your night time meal/drinks.
After 4 weeks get blood tests done to ensure testosterone levels are back to your previous level or in the normal male reference range.
If they have not you can either book a consultation call with me(Saumil Sethi) or ensure that you’re using genuine PCT compounds and continue the therapy process for another two weeks and re check levels with the same provider.
