- Injecting post workout will minimise discomfort during training session;
- Oil based Injectables can be mixed in one syringe;
- Always Inject at 90 degrees into the muscle;
- Always inject deep into the muscle belly;
- Regularly rotate injection sites;
- Always sanitise/clean the injection site prior to injecting;
- Always use fresh needles, syringes;
- Always clean the top of multi use ampoules before use;
- Use 26 gauge needle for muscles such as quadriceps, lats and deltoids and 22 gauge for glutes;
- Whenever possible use pharmaceutical grade injectables;
- Gently rub the injection site after injecting.
Following these simple techniques will eliminate complications and maximise the absorption of the injectable compounds.
